
Adult Lay Health Advisor (LHA) Programs Evaluation Intern-Planned Parenthood
Want to gain experience in program evaluation as well as an insider perspective on the workings of an education department? The LHA Programs Evaluation Intern will administer surveys to immigrant communities (African-born, Latina, Hmong), assist with data management, and provide as-needed administrative support related to culturally-specific adult LHA programs. Applicants must have experience or coursework in program evaluation and prior knowledge of evaluation techniques. Previous work with diverse and immigrant communities strongly recommended. Basic knowledge of current topics in sexuality and experience working with immigrant communities are pluses. 8-16 hours/week for one full year from October 2015-July 2016 or August 2016. Ability to commit to 12 months strongly preferred, though shorter tenures will be considered. Stipend available - $1000 for full academic year (two semesters) or $1500 for full calendar year (add summer).
